17 Day Diet Phase 1 “Accelerate,” is about recipes of 1,200 calories a day, the minimum recommended level for an adult. Dieters have seen weight loss of 10-15 pounds.

alot of the foods mentioned in this article are in the first phase of the diet, but please refer to the book!

I’m not sure where the above information came from, but the 17 Day Diet book does NOT allow red meats at all in Phase 1, so steak and hamburger are NOT allowed! Fish is one of the strongest lean meats encouraged by the book, and it’s not even listed above! Also almonds are listed and nuts are not allowed until later phases as well. Corn is not listed in the allowed vegetables either.
Be careful where you get your info because this does not follow the book’s recommendations!
