17 Day Diet Salad Nicoise

The 17 Day Diet Salad Nicoise Recipe is an all time favorite and incredibly satisfying tuna concoction which can be prepared in minutes.

Ingredients for delicious 17 Day Diet Salad Nicoise Recipe:

  • 1 3 oz can of light tuna or salmon
  • 1 cup cooked green beans
  • 2 cups chopped scallions
  • 1 small tomato sliced
  • Lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Directions: Place cooked green beans, scallions and tomatoes on a liberal bed of lettuce. Top with tuna. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, season lightly.
