On the show Dr Oz said African mango for weight loss dosage of 150 mg of the seed extract (Irvingia) twice daily, has been shown to decrease weight and waist size for men and women in their 40s experiencing hormonal changes.
Irvingia, Dr Oz stated, an African Mango supplement used in two studies showed participants lost an average 5-10 pounds/month vs the placebo group. Neither group made lifestyle changes during the trial. He also noted that cholesterol levels and blood sugar levels improved significantly compared to the control group.

if its that good, as long as it controls my sugar level and cholestrol , i think i’ll try it. i’ve tried every diet and dont seem to work for me. may-be i love food. i’m 34 yrs old and want to loose at-least 10 pounds. where can i buy it, i’m in south africa?

I followed the link on fb and put my credit card details for rthe free trial and paid for shipping.. that was at the end of November and whoever it was advised my shipment will be with me by 5 December. It’ s now 12 December and I have not received my free pills and metaburn but they have taken my money!!!!

There are a lot of African Mango scammers out there. Best to buy from health food stores or reputable supplement suppliers if going online.
