Dr Oz Muffin Top – Dr Oz tips for muffin top melting food as seen on TV will put you one step closer to getting rid of that belly fat and spare tire around your middle.
Tips and advice from Dr Oz on getting the muffin top to melt begins with understanding MUFAs, Monounsaturated Fatty Acids, good fats that actually focus in on the problem area.
The primary question for Dr Oz was what foods contain MUFAs that will melt some of this belly fat? Olives were the number one recommendation, eat anywhere from 6-12 a day and target that roll around the middle.
Other foods recommended by Dr Oz during the melting the muffin top segment were pistachios, pesto sauce and pine nuts. It’s not to difficult to incorporate some of these foods into a daily food routine.
Dr Oz closed the segment by warning women and men that after the age of 40 you are most vulnerable to muffin top fat. So, take action now and get some MUFAs into your world, proactive is always better than reactive!

I just wanted to know is there a difference in the benefits of black or green olives? I can’t stand olives, but the black ones are a lot more tolerable.

Black vs green? No nutritional differences that we are aware of… but, what is good to know about olives is the salt info. Oil-cured olives are cured with salt rather than a brine, then rubbed with olive oil. They can be identified by their wrinkled skin. We like brine cured and are not true black olive fans.
